Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide our community with quality service and a comfortable home. We are a local, family owned business that has been providing quality homes to northwest Louisiana for nearly 40 Years. Whether you are a long-time resident of Blanchard or currently looking to relocate to Shreveport, our one, two or three bedroom floor plans will fit your lifestyle needs.

Application Fee:
$50.00 per adult (non-refundable)

Administrative Fee:
$200.00 (non-refundable)

Deposit:
$800.00 per unit (eligible for refund at move out)
*Applications are submitted online and can be submitted by clicking the "Apply Online" buttons on this page. All payments must be paid in the form of personal check, cashier’s check or money order. The deposit is subject to increase depending on the tenant's credit history.

Qualification Standards:
All applicants over the age of 18 must have a positive credit history, make three times the rent before taxes, have 6 month's verifiable rental history, and pass a criminal background check.

Resident Pays:

Animals Residing on Property:
  • Limit is (2) animals per apartment.
  • Tier 1 $350 for 0-25lbs (non-refundable pet fee)
  • Tier 2 $450 for 26-40lbs (non-refundable pet fee)
  • Tier 3 $550 for 41-75lbs (non-refundable pet fee)
  • Aquariums allowed with a 20-gallon maximum (first floor only)
  • See list below for animals not allowed.

RESTRICTED ANIMALS (included but not limited to):
  • Exotic or Wild Animals: Non-domesticated cats (tigers, bobcats, etc.), piranhas, ferrets, skunks, racoons, squirrels, or rodents
  • Reptiles and Spiders: Snakes, tarantulas, iguanas, or other large lizards
  • Birds: No BIRDS are accepted, including but not limited to, parrots, cockatiels, or macaws are NOT permitted to live within our community
  • Fish: Are ONLY permitted if the aquarium holds less than 20 gallons of freshwater. All saltwater aquariums are restricted as well.
